Floors: We will keep your floors clean with regular vacuuming of carpets and rugs, washing of laminate floors and dust removal from hardwood floors. We also offer tile and grout scrubbing, steam cleaning for carpets, stripping and waxing for laminate and washing for hardwood floors. Restroom sanitizing: We will get your restrooms spotless and sanitary by washing and disinfecting all fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, showers), mopping the floors, cleaning mirrors and windows, and stocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. Should you have special requirements or need special supplies, we will include these in your maintenance contract. Surface dusting: We will keep wooden and other flat surfaces desks, bookshelves, chairs, conference tables free of dust and full of shine with regular dusting and polishing. Lounge maintenance: We will keep your employee lounge and/or communal kitchen clean and inviting with regular wipe downs and washing of floors, countertops, cabinets, tables, chairs, refrigerators and other appliances. Trash removal: We will empty wastebaskets, trash cans, garbage bins, shredder baskets and other rubbish receptacles every time we clean your property. Should you wish to have recycling services at your place of work, we can make arrangements. Exterior cleaning: We have the resources to power wash exterior spaces including seating areas, patios, parking spaces, driveways, loading docks and other areas, plus sculptures, stairs, ramps and benches.
